Riviera Hotel & Chalets

The Riviera Hotel Chalets are situated next to the Riviera Hotel, on the banks of the Berg River. The Riviera mudflat is famous for its birding localities and the view point is within walking distance from the chalets.

Hotel Rooms

The Chalets (10) are fully self-catered with built-in braai and patio overlooking the wetland and its abundant bird-life.  All units have a fully equipped open plan kitchen to a spacious living room. Each chalet has DSTV and SABC channels for your entertainment.

Conferences & Functions

You have a choice between our Hall (for a bigger function) or the Foc’sl (for a smaller group). The Hall is perfect for weddings or private functions. It can seat up to 120 people should the wedding couple wish to dance. Alternatively, it can seat roughly 150 people. The hall has stacking doors on the riverside, which lead to a balcony with a beautiful view of the Berg River.

The Foc’sl is hugely popular for smaller functions. It can seat between 40 and 50 people and is ideal for an intimate function reception. The Foc’sl is on ground level with a beautiful view of the Berg River.
