  1. The competition commences on 13 November 2025 and concludes on 10 December 2025 at 12h00. The winner will be announced on Thursday, 11 December 2025.
  2. Each participant is allowed only one vote throughout the competition period.
  3. Votes submitted after the closing date will not be considered.
  4. The voting process must adhere to the guidelines outlined on the Bergrivier Tourism.
  5. Any attempt to manipulate or tamper with the voting system will result in disqualification.
  6. The decision of the competition organisers regarding winners is final and binding.
  7. Winners will be notified through the contact details provided during the entry submission.
  8. Winning this prize does not guarantee accommodation during the holiday season. Booking your prize is subject to availability.
