The Yoga workshop is based on a 90 min Hatha class which includes a 30 min restorative relaxation/savasana. Hatha Yoga is based on energy. A class consists of postures with the mind’s attention, breathing practices, and a meditative relaxation known as savasana. Yoga for children is also available.
